If you refer a candidate whom we are not already in touch with and we place that person with one of our clients, you will receive a referral fee (terms and conditions apply). Alternatively, you could also choose to donate your fee to a charity of your choosing. The offer is open to the referral of candidates currently in the UK. This is a discretionary scheme and the decision of PH Legal shall be final. We will pay out more than once to you if you make multiple referrals to us. You must gain explicit consent from the referred candidate that they are happy for you to pass their information to PH Legal.
The referral must be a new candidate to our database, whom we have not yet been in contact – This scheme does not apply to individuals already known to or registered with PH Legal. The offer excludes candidates currently registered with PH Legal and actively looking for work
